New name – Same great emergency travel assistance service!
Effective February 1, 2012, our emergency travel assistance provider, Mondial Assistance, changed its name to Allianz Global Assistance.
Although the name has changed, the company and the way that you access your emergency travel service remains the same.
You can reach Allianz Global Assistance by calling toll-free from:
- Canada and the United States 1-800-265-9977;
- Mexico # 00-1-800-514-3702;
- Dominican Republic 1-888-751-4403; and
- countries that participate in the Universal International Toll-Free (UITF) service, country code + 800-9221-9221.
Use of a land line telephone is required.
Remember to contact Allianz Global Assistance for pre-trip information or for any type of emergency (medical or otherwise) during your travels.
Benefits cards will not be reissued to reflect the name change.
